Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

At checkout, you will be given the option to choose from a variety of shipping methods that we offer. Depending on the carrier and the speed of delivery chosen, the cost will be calculated at the final checkout page. 

Order Processing Time

We strive to provide efficient and prompt service to our customers. To ensure this, all orders received before 2 PM from Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after this cut-off time, they will be sent out on the next business day. Please note that orders made during the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping time within USA is 3-6 business days. The shipping to delivery duration can be reduced according to the shipping platform and service chosen

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Regrettably, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address once your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, please note that we do not offer shipping services to P.O. boxes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
